In January 2022, Undiscovered Workplace started discussions with Hunter Taylor and Stevens & Bolton regarding S&B’s temporary office relocation and office clearance project at Wey House. Stevens & Bolton were in the process of re designing their current office space to meet the growth and working environment for their people. The project consisted of a small office move of 30 people to a temporary office whilst the works were taking place and the sustainable furniture clearance of two floors. Within the project Stevens & Bolton required information on their current furniture and IT assets which lead to us completing a full 3-day furniture audit to determine the furniture and IT they had for them to make informed decisions on furniture they wanted to keep and furniture that could be reused into the circular economy.
Undiscovered Workplace was appointed as the office relocation and clearance company to manage the project alongside Hunter Taylor. Working alongside the internal facilities team, Undiscovered planned and delivered the project which happened in September 2022. The project lasted for 3 weeks including move implementation.
Undiscovered was appointed as the office relocation company and to source preloved furniture for their new offices with the agreed budget and specification. Working alongside the Directors, Undiscovered, assisted Sidney Cubbage to plan their office relocation and furniture project which happened in August 2022. The office move and furniture delivery and installation were completed over 2 days.
