We can help facilitate large, medium and small office moves to help with your refurbishment project. Our services are extensive and can be tailored to each client.

Each project is coordinated by a director, who acts as a point of contact for the client throughout the move. The director will identify the most suitable solutions for the move and oversee each element to completion. By tailoring our services to the needs of each business, we can ensure every move is delivered successfully, efficiently and with minimal disruption.

International Construction Case Study

We have a history of working with construction businesses. In 2020, Undiscovered Workplace was appointed as the move management company for a large international construction company. This was to help prepare the office for a post-COVID-19 return to work.

The construction company required a complete redesign of their office floor by reducing their desk positions from 188 to 94. By utilising the existing desk components, we reconfigured the office to achieve their request. The remaining desks were taken to a secure storage facility.

All the desktop IT was restored onto the reconfigured desks so that they were ready to use immediately.

Should the clients require storage, we even offer storage facilities to temporarily house their office furniture. This is ideal if you are only undergoing a short-term refurbishment project and an entirely new office isn’t required.
