In 2020 Undiscovered Workplace was appointed as the move management company to re-stack the
client’s offices over 6 floors. The moved was based on a phased approach over 10 months as they
were having an office refurbishment as well. Each phase consisted of 25-50 employees per move. All
works were completed outside normal working hours to reduce downtime, so we are not impacting
on the client’s business.
The project was completed on time and to budget. We saved the client money by having a holistic
view over the project from the site and changing resources based on activity levels on each phase
which enabled us to reduce resource.
