In December 2022, Undiscovered Workplace started discussions with Cats Protection regarding their office clearance project at the National Cat Centre in Haywards Heath. CP were in the process of re-designing their current office space to meet new ways of working requirements for their people.
The project consisted of the up recycling of their top floor furniture and reconfiguration of some existing furniture to suit a new office layout. One of the crucial parts of the project was to ensure the furniture was reused and recycled in an ethical manner and to provide evidence of this (detailed report below).
Undiscovered Workplace was appointed as the office clearance company to manage the project. Working alongside the internal HR and facilities team, Undiscovered planned and delivered the project which happened in January 2023. The project lasted for 3 days.

Undiscovered Workplace completed the project on time and to budget. The furniture recycling was delivered to meet organisational goals and in line with their Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) policy.
